As someone who was just recently diagnosed with PCOS and is on the journey of reversing my symptoms and working towards fertility, I appreciated the approach this book took. I felt like I learned so much from this book that my doctor didn’t tell me and have started implementing some of this into my daily life. I appreciate how Clare uses stories and testimonials to support the more scientific and researched based terms and information, as it helped make the book digestible and easy to read. I appreciated how Clare also looked at a man’s health and didn’t make this book feel at ALL like struggling to get pregnant with PCOS was all the woman’s “fault”. This definitely opened my eyes to a lot that I didn’t know before and I look forward to seeing how this helps me moving forward.
