Whitefern, Volume 2 by V.C. Andrews
medium-paced
4.0
This has what the first book lacked, finality.
Still following Audrina, Arden, and Sylvia living at Whitefern and how they deal with the patriarchy, a person with special needs, and an unreliable memory.
Things seem to be going well but then Arden just has to be a jerk about everything and try to run the house like Audrina is his child.
Then things just keep getting worse from there.
