Uhm. 
Let’s start with I read this with the intention of learning - not listening to some dude’s theories with almost not scientific backing. Also, anyone telling you that the best way to heal is to connect with your parents is not a very open minded or ethical clinician. 
I’ve wanted to read this for years and I am extremely disappointed.
