enjoyable comedy about couples and suitors 

A beautiful story woven of a cast of Shakespeare's family telling of the story around Shakespeare's son, Hamnet's, death and the resulting play named after him.

very outdated concepts

eh romcom
thought it would be more hallmarky but it was very slow burn with barely any relationship
a girl from Birmingham gets laid off from her library position and decides on a whim to buy a van in the scottish highlands and start her own bookstore. this is dearly needed in the remote highlands and helps bring the community together. meanwhile she falls in love with a man who drives trains through the town she’s renting in and eventually also falls for her highland farmer landlord 

very boring, too polite
only follows his divorce of his first wife and then quick marriage and birth with Anne Boelin
ends with a prediction that “the following kings and queens will be great 👀👀👀”
