The book discusses interesting book related topics, and makes us think about our reading habits, the way we consume books and a lot of other things that are really relevant in our booktok era and in our overconsumption society. Even though I’m not sure I agree with every idea defended in this novel (I found some of them pretty elitist), it was still interesting. However I’m not a fan of the writing style, which a lot of time I found redundant and lacking subtlety. The story was cute but I felt like it was missing something to be really compelling and I failed to grow attached to the characters.
Oh, and also, this book didn’t give me enough cat content 😔 I really thought it was going to be a major topic but meh, the cat could have been a dog and it wouldn’t have changed a single thing.

Il aborde des thèmes touchants comme la perte d’un proche et le deuil. les illustrations sont vraiment captivantes et ça m’a beaucoup inspirée. Lisez-le (ou plutôt regardez-le) il est incroyable !
