it's so absurd and contradictory at times, but once in a while there'll be a passage that made me go "ahh ☝️". parts of it I really liked and parts that was so wacky that I stopped caring lol. tho I feel it's similar to "bunny" in how you can interpret them in your own way.
as someone who (while not Indian) is very familiar with indian culture and also understands hindi, I really enjoyed this raw and unfiltered showcase of their culture, traditions and the misogyny wrapped in all of it. added with the just the right amount of comedy and humor that genuinely made me lol so many times. it really popped off near the end and I absolutely loved how it was all executed! definitely gives a similar vibe to "the southern bookclub's guide to slaying vampires"!
good concept but it's too long. I kept getting bored or distracted from the amount of explanation and description. I liked the last part, which the entire book led upto, but imo it should've been shorter.
honestly idk how to feel about it given that its a "story" that has been memed but also the first of its kind... the fmc was kinda unbelievable tho. definitely written by a man lol
