there are all different types of great loves out there
to be closeted or not to be closeted, the age old question
appreciate the bi representation
I will pepper in the fact that she is Latina for back story
harry’s death got me, sucker for a dead dad
and him truly being the love of her life. yeah celia was her lover, but their partnership was so special
tbh the gay dad affair was an underwhelming plot twist, could’ve lived without it
it was the right-to-die that got me
page 10 I knew that queen was gonna kill herself
still reckoning with evelyn as a person
it is really giving taylor allison swift
I thought the interview was an interesting writing style and narrative choice, but I truly didn’t give a fuck about Monique
not a 5 because I wasn’t all the way there. I didn’t cry and 5 star books require at least 4 tear drops

we love an ensemble cast
big fan of the friend group and all the personalities
we love a fake dating trope
B I G parth fan, love that bean
why did she make being farmer lesbians Cleo and Kimmy’s whole personality. they both felt underdeveloped, which is disappointing because Cleo is iconic
wyn is lowkey a basic white boy, yeah I said it. we get it, you’re a cowboy
I like Harriet a lot, and loved the storytelling style with the flashbacks. it made it a longer read, but I felt like I savored the memories more
I would’ve rated it higher if it was a little faster paced, wyn wasn’t so boring, and the characters were a little more enfleshed, but still loved every second of it
it was a mirror for how we (I) make our feelings smaller because we think it makes us (me) easier to love, when in reality, it’s inauthentic and a barrier to intimacy. im okay, you’re okay, we’re okay 😶🌫️

this healed my inner child
such a sweet journey of difference and belonging
gentle parenting at its finest
chauncey has my heart, the cutest bellhop
I want to be Talia: small with a pretty garden, long beard, and a propensity for violence
wyverns are the cutest of fantasy creatures
I live for Lucy
I am paper, brittle and thin
and gay!!!

justice for nehemia
fuck archer finn
the trio 🫶🏻
CHAOL WE WERE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU
Dorian is just so babygirl and sweet and kind and the bestest friend anyone could ask for. we don’t deserve him
the celeana power up reveal gets me every time
I like this one a little more the second read. you pick up on more details, but I wasn’t as much of a chaol stan now knowing celeana’s arc. still a good lad tho, just the plot hasn’t thickened yet
I read assassin’s blade next on my first read through, excited to go into heir of fire and meet Rowan 🦅

fluffy cutesy read
the reality I wish we were living in
love a gay panic moment
I wish there was a little more grit, but also, a very fun little read
I gotta step up my long distance game

honestly, I’m shook by how much I liked it
loved learning more about the dining industry and EMP’s creative approach to service
lots and lots of practical tips on incorporating hospitality and values into an organization
I took a lot of notes and feel inspired

I love the trio’s beginning!!
celeana really is miss gurl
how could anyone not fall in love with dorian - the billiards scene alone.
sjm loves a set of trials to set up a universe
kaltain is really just tryna get that coin
nehemia would really excel in the bridgerton universe
I forgot how much I missed that queen 🥰 and celeana learning how to make female friendships
