A phenominal piece of graphic memoir, truly one of the best I've read. Filled with so much heart, adventure, wit, charm, you name it! I'm excited to revisit this one again in the future.

I'm not religious by any means, but wanted to hear what the hosts of one of my fave shows had to say! I thought there were some good inspirational bits, and I of course loved the parts where we got some behind the scenes info on her time on Big Brother and The Talk. There's a quick addressing of her husband's sexual misconduct, and that whole situation as related to Julie is problematic, but felt needed mentioning. Overall, great read for people who want to find God, or for fans of Julie herself! I hope she makes a full fledged memoir one day.

There were some interesting parts about Japanese queer culture, but I had a hard time getting into the material as subjects/time periods bounced around a bit. Also became off topic at some points.
