This was a cheeky, hate to love trope that was a lovely summer time read that gives you sass, sparks and romance.

What the ****!!!! How is it that T. James does this to me every time. She gets me so invested in the characters and their journey/struggles then pushes me off a cliff. Excuse while I go curse, cry, scream and sob.

This was amazing and very emotional. Loss/grief is never easy. It may be more bearable when you have someone who can bring light to your darkness, provide a sense of direction through the fog, an ear to listen, shoulder to cry on, love you scars and all...this is what Eleanor and Grey are to each other. I loved how life brought them together when they need each other the most.

There was so much to love about Eleanor and Grey. They are so cute and funny in their early years. Eleanor is a kindred soul to me in her love of reading. Eleanor's parents were fabulous. The characters are great and well written. This is a heavy hitter in terms of loss.

BONUS...the Gilmore Girls reference were on point.

I am always a sucker for mythology. This gem gives you an extraordinary girl who has yet to discover her true identity/potential who is put toe-to-toe with gods. LOVE IT! Daphne is such a powerhouse character with some bone-deep issue that through you journey comes face to face with them. I enjoyed watching her grow into her potential.

Awww. I felt all the feels with this one. Oliver broke my heart I’m so many different ways. I felt every moment he felt lost. To find Emery who became his lighthouse in the storm was amazing. I adored watching them each find their direction with each other’s help.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 35%.
I can’t put my finger on it so far but something isn’t jiving for me. I made it to page 108. It’s ok. I find the pace is slow. I want to like August but am missing a connection. I loved Red, White and Royal Blue.

I adored Alex and Poppy. The saying opposites attract couldn't be more true that they complimented each other fantastically allowing each other to blossom and shine. They danced their attraction around it long enough but neither willing to live a life without the other. They were scared to sacrifice their friendship to explore something deeper. They fear however wasn't warrant when they souls were already bond together.

WOW! I thought the first book was good, the second book was okay but this third book was incredible. To see where Donatella, Scarlett, Legend and Julian was awesome. Love is the most powerful form of magic.

I enjoyed seeing the Civil War through the eyes of a girl who just wanted to have purpose and make a difference. I can only imagine the feeling the soldiers experienced in the hospital ward as she would sing to the dying.
