This book gave me the creeps in the most amazing BFF way possible. All I can say is if you love true crime and thrillers this is a must read. Julia heaberlin has an amazing and refreshing twist on classic thrillers.

This was a pretty calm supposed sci-fi novel. It was almost like the prequel to some epic show that would be coming on. I wish they had discussed parthenogenesis in more detail and provided more answers to some of the questions that arose when they found the doctor and figured out they have additional powers when together. I love the medical mystery aspect of this book and appreciate the commentary on the oppression of women and the constant need for men to regulate them.

Hard to follow at first but a decent thriller. I can tell this is one of the authors earlier works because the place is much slower. I wanted to read because I do love Adobe of jet new books and wanted to see her journey as an author. If you’re patient unlike me, take a read

Love love LOVED THIS!!! The entire story of Tracy’s sisters death, her career, and the mystery that spanned 20 years really got to me especially the part where the falsely jailed killer was actually really the killer - was not expecting that. I think this is a great read and you really learn to like the characters - especially Tracey and relate to them. I’m excited to start the next novel in the series and read all the other books by Dugoni

Following Tracey after uncovering the truth about the death of her sister, her last breath brings in the politics of the police department, the constant stalking of Tracy, and the search for a serial killer. I honestly wasn’t expecting the club manager to be the serial killer I thought it was the owner, and the twist with Tracy having a stalker that was separate from the killer was clever as well. I somehow can never stop one of these books once I start and am ready to get my hands on the third one.

I thought the book was boring at first and then the ending really threw me for a loop ! I have so many unanswered questions- will Alicia wake up? Does this story go viral now? I’m thinking back to all of the story because I really didn’t realize half of it was in the past. That’s so insane. I think this is a clever book and I’m excited to read the authors other book

Really unique way of looking at the world of sci-fi and space travel by looking at how the family is affected when someone leaves. We don’t get to see the hero and his quest we see his selfishness and the hurt he brought to his family for the long run. I liked it and it was refreshing to read. Looking forward to reading more from this author

Started a little slow but I was hooked on the story. There’s a lot of room for the future of verity and the growth of these characters. I definitely want to learn more about the powers of Sinai. Awesome fantasy read!!
