The two main parts of this book are about attachement theory and how to apply it to non monogamous relationships. It is worth reading I only for the first part but is an eye opener whole.

A different climate crisis book which instead of depicting "solutions" like others focuses on analysing the predicament and the different ways to react to it. The main underlying message being there is still room to try making things less bad.
