Although the story was a tiny bit confusing here and there…overall this was so beautifully written it was worth it!

Even though I figured out most of the end ahead of time…this book was still super entertaining and creepy! Just goes to show that if it sounds too good to be true…it probably is!

Very “The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon” mixed with a “whodunnit”. The plot and characters were good and for 90% of the book I was hooked. The end though…yuck!

This was not my typical genre to read, but it was super cute and fun. Lucy is a great central character and I just adore Hugo. Even though there is some sadness sprinkled here and there…there is also happiness and joy.

Okay…this book/screenplay was so good until the last 20 pages. The end…WTF!

After some thought I am going with 4.5. The premise of this book is something that has come up in conversation before…”would you want to know when you are going to die?” I wasn’t shocked with what some of the characters did with the knowledge…and some I was happily surprised with. I wasn’t satisfied with the end though…the characters stories wrapped up well…but not the overall plot.

So freaking creepy! This book has an excellent plot, a cast of characters you both love and hate, and some gory nasty scenes. My only issue is the end…nope…not enough.

This book was insane! So, so good! A unique perspective and definite creepy vibes. The end has you holding your breath (the one you know you are holding)!

Seriously creepy and unsettling. I enjoyed the setting and main characters. The tale of Maggie is sad and sets the perfect stage for a haunting story. Holding off on 5 stars due to the ending. Just not wrapped up well enough for me.
