This story serves as a reminder that sometimes, people mask their pain with toughness, and it’s essential to approach them with sincerity and patience. The characters of Declan and Luke further illustrate the pitfalls of mixing personal relationships with business. I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing Briar's journey as she navigated her way out of a difficult breakup with her less-than-ideal ex-partner and transitioned into a more positive situation. Throughout the story, she delved deep into self-discovery while exploring relationships with three different men and gaining a clearer understanding of herself.
