The World of Coral Reefs: Explore and Protect the Natural Wonders of the Sea by Alexandria Neonakis, Erin T. Spencer

Read as a Netgalley Arc, so thankyou Netgalley for allowing an important childrens book like this to be available for people to review, and build up hype.
This is a very beautiful and educational book that shows younger readers the beauty of the ocean, and all of its unique wonders that we never really see.
Some may say some words used are too advanced, but it comes with a glossary in the back. And those words are integral for someone to know for a complete understanding of the ocean and its importance.
I love that they also include how polution is damaging the ocean, and ways they can help reduce polution and damage to the ocean, that's awesome! And very important for children to learn too!
From a childrens book perspective, absolutely a 5 star read!!!

A Little Bit Different by Claire Alexander

Read on Netgalley.
This was a cute young childrens book that shows that differences are beautiful and something to be proud of, even if others make fun of you sometimes for those differences.
Only 3 stars as it was good, but very short, not a lot too it, and compared to other books I read that are more my age range, it is far inferior. But it still has merit as a childrens book and would probably be a 4 or 5 star if I was reading this as a young child.

This was read as an E-Arc on Netgalley. Thankyou Netgalley for allowing reviewers the chance to talk about and build up hype for this much needed childrens book!
Such an important book for everyone, but especially for children with a Trans* person jn their life.
I especially like the question esction at the wnd of the book, and also an inclusion of how someon reacts to their loved one being misgendered, and how to correct them.
The only other thing I could think that would make this even better, is if in the question section it had a question for the young reader to be able to say their own pronouns and why they are important to them. Apart from that, perfect!

Amazing read! A few parts felt slightly repetetive, but I understand it was to reiterate essential points. Overall an amazing read. I will definetly read it again, for pleasure and for university!

I loved this book so much! The end wasn't what my brain invented though lol so it felt a bit odd at the end, but still an amazing book all together.
