It was a slow burner at first - a lot of information to build up the plot then BAM it gets addictive and hard to put down.

The ending gave me IT vibes, but that might just be me

I loved the descriptions of the sea and the houses. The love between the princess and the prince was a little weird, but I thoroughly enjoyed this tale of one of my favourite Disney movies

It's really sad to see sayaka have the same fate as the OG manga, but it fits into her character well. Showing that she has the same ethics is consistent with her character! And it was lovely to see sayaka taken away by madoka. Ahh the feels

This book is something else entirely.

First of all, being told to you from death's perspective was a great way to get to see death in a new light. Not something sinister and malicious but kind and pressured. Even though the beginning had no major action, it still kept me captivated because of the plot and the way it was written.

Most of the time death told you who was going to die and then proceeded to explain, however he did not prepare me for a few deaths that caught me off guard.

I was literally spewing tears onto the pages and now they are all creased ._. (Sigh)

Despite the immense detail in this book, I enjoyed it thoroughly. I was a fan of the film franchise (because my boyfriend at the time took me to see them and it has sentimental value, yada yada) but now I am a fan of both! It was wonderful getting the full story behind the films, though different in places it was wonderful.
15/10 would reccommend and probably will be rereading this at some point

The humour in this is just superb! It had me laughing out loud at so many parts of this.

I especially like annabeth and Grover, annabeth for her strong willed personality and Grover for his strong love for the environment (the lotus casino deer game made me love him)

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. It kept my hooked from the beginning. King does a fabulous job of making you connect both with Paul and Annie. Paul's ramblings and his slow decent in madness is fantastic - the stream of consciousness was brilliant and really connected me to Paul and his feelings. I loved the detail and Annie's back story as well as the gruesome torture. The rat's blood made me squirm 100% the reference to the overlook made me chuckle. I love the idea that all his novels are in the same universe
As of now, its My favourite king book
