This was a pretty good book. It's about a girl who wakes up from an accident she should have died in only to discover that she is just a copy of herself created with a scan of her brain and a body that is really a machine.

This book is also about an accident, but in this one the girl loses her entire family and is in a coma herself. This story is told from the girls perspective as she watches friends and family visit her and decides if she should join her parents and brothers or live.
