This prequel to A Good Girl’s Guide to murder leads us to how Pip decided on her Senior project.   Pip is invited to a murder mystery dinner that takes place in the 1920s. All of the characters must dress up to fit their assigned roles.  This book has made me want to attend a murder mystery dinner!!!

When a double murder takes place in Hollywood and a child goes missing, many questions come up.  Was it a murder-suicide?  A double murder?  Where is the missing boy?  Are there more related murders?  This book kept me hooked from the first word until the end!!

I loved this mystery/thriller!!  Jacklyn Stone is struggling after her husband dies suddenly.  When her children suggest she go away for a few days to work on her grief, she goes.  She soon discovers that even your children will do evil things for money.  

When Delilah Crumbworthy buys a bakery in the town of her dreams, things may not be as wonderful as she had hoped.  The bakery had belonged to the McArdles but rumors began circulating that they were cutting corners to save moneyand soon they were out of business.  Delilah discovers that there may have been more to the story than anyone thought.  

This was a very enjoyable cozy mystery.  I love that this takes place in Paris.  Oh, not Paris, France but Paris, Kentucky. When a dead body turns up on the sidewalk in front of the La Belle Patisserie m, everyone is a suspect and Marci Beaucoup wants to know who is responsible.   

When Frankie disappears after her hockey game, the race is on to find her before it is too late.  Secrets are uncovered as the police, including Frankie’s Uncle Adam, try to find her and uncover the truth of her disappearance.
