I really loved Rudra & Nandini together. This book had so many unpredictable twists and turns and I was hooked! The first few chapters were really frustrating though because I felt confused about why Nandini was taken and Rudra only spoke in the language the she couldn't understand but when he finally showed a glimpse of himself, I was intrigued. Overall , this was a good read and I did not expect to like it this much but the thrill, suspence and romance won me over! Nandini & Rudra's chemistry made me feel all the butterflies!

“I might be out of control on the track, but when it comes to us, to you and me, I’m completely under yours.”

I really enjoyed reading this book and the build up between Rossi & Sofia was good. I could feel the intense chemistry between them since the very first time and I liked how Rossi understood Sofia so well. The way he always supported her and helped her take a stand for herself was great. But I was just tired of the secret relationship part. Sofia was likeable but she let Oliver down on so many occasions, I just wished that she stood up for him sooner. Her family was really overbearing and I didn't like them at all tbh. But in the end, I liked how everything fell into place and the passion that Rossi & Sofia shared was perfect! So overall, this book was a good read and it kept me engaged!

“The help you need ain’t the kind of help I can provide, Mollie.” “You can call me Miss Luck, Cash. And that’s too bad, isn’t it, considering I’m your boss now?”

I really enjoyed the banter between Mollie & Cash in the beginning, he thought the worst of her and she was not there to stay so it was really nice seeing them slowly change their opinions. I always enjoy Jessica's writing because it's very easy to get into but some parts of this one felt boring tbh. And it felt like Mollie & Cash developed feeling real quick (because they just met and spent a little amount of time together) but still, I liked them together and the last few chapters were really good. And the side characters were entertainig too. So I can't wait to read the next book in the series. For now, I'm going to give this book a solid 3.75 stars.

"I will destroy you," my eyes say as they narrow on his. His smile broadens until I can see his perfect white teeth. "Not if I destroy you first."

This was the first book I've read by the author and I couldn't put it down! The connection and chemistry between Theo & Cat was really good! They were both down bad for each other and there were times when I just wanted to shake them and tell them to talk it out about their hidden feelings. I liked how the flow of conversations between them was so easy, they were once friends so it was evident that they were comfortable around each other and the tension between them was like a cherry on top! Overall, this was an enjoyable read and not once did I feel bored. It's just that Theo was described as such a manwhore and it took me some time to really like him. This is also why I was on Cat's side throughout the entire length of the book. Still, if you're looking for an angsty, friends to lovers, second chance romance though, then this book is definitely for you!

“I’m a lot stronger than you think.” “Oh, Zee, I know that.” His gaze is soft as it settles on me. “Doesn’t mean that I can’t support you. Isn’t that what partners are supposed to do?”

So, I didn't dislike the book and the writing style was good but the story was so stretched. I usually enjoy slow burn romances but this one was super slow. Colt & Zee had chemistry but it fizzled out after they got married tbh. I could only feel the connection between them after some 70% or so. They literally avoided each other and it just got so boring because no one was making the first move. Also, all the characters names starting with C got so confusing that it was a headache for me to figure out who was who. I had some huge expectations from this book considering it was basically a second chance romance and I expected Colt to grovel but I was disappointed. Zee was also very confused. One second she said that she's a stranger to Colt and immediately in the next chapter said that they're not exactly strangers. I just couldn't figure out her pov clearly. All the mystery regarding the fire at the ranch was also very predictable and the ending was so watered down. I think the plot had huge potential but the execution was weak. I would've loved the book if the romance was more well developed.

I know that this isn’t what Tasha wants. And to give her what she wants, I’ll have to break the vows I made months ago. Hated vows I made not knowing what I was getting into.

This is the first book I've read by the author and I must say that the writing style was really good. I could immediately get into the book and the pacing was also very fast. In the beginning, I just couldn't bring myself to like Matteo because the way him and his brothers talked about and treated Tasha was honestly bad. But after sometime, I was sure that he wouldn't let anything bad happen with her so I kind of liked them together. Tasha was soft and sweet but I just wished that she was more stronger and smarter. Overall, this book was engaging but there were some parts that I did not really like. And the ending felt abrupt too. Still, I liked Matteo & Tasha together in the last half and I'm excited to read Gigi & Stefano's book next. So, I'm giving this book a solid 3.5 stars.

“He’s the misunderstood type that may seem evil to everyone else but actually has a heart of gold. Because he does,”

Veronica always comes up with something new and equally amazing and I'm always caught by surprise! I loved the beginning of this book. The world building was was awesome and I loved Barbi and her humour so much! She was just adorable and Nykander was equally mysterious. The plot was captivating and I was so eager to read what would happen next, which is why the book was unputdownable for me! Since things were from Barbi's pov, I couldn't figure out much about Nyk and the cliffhanger had me shook lol. Overall, this was a good read with an unpredictable and thrilling plot and I just cannot wait for book two. Barbi may seem unserious or weak but the way her character progressed was nice to see and without giving any spoilers, I can say that I'm rooting for her. Hope she emerges stronger!

“Harry I…” I trailed off as I looked down at our linked hands then back up at his face. “Thank you for coming for me.” He frowned. “I’ll always come for you, Verity. Always.”

I really liked seeing Harry & Verity together. Being apart for 20 years and loving each other all this while must've been difficult for them, so I was very glad that they got their much impending HEA. One thing I really like about Susie Tate's book is the way she writes about kids. Because in every book I've read of her, the children who are involved are so stinking cute and you can't help but adore them and it was the same case in this one. Whether it was Sophie, Tille, Jake or Mike, all the kids were so damn cute! And I liked the way Harry & Verity were so close and affectionate with them! Those moments were really heartwarming and lightened up the story a bit. Overall, this book was enjoyable but the time skip of eighteen months just threw me off and the way it took so much time for Harry to figure out what actually happened to Verity & Heath during their childhood was so damn frustrating. At times, the book felt streched at it got boring tbh. I was expecting too much from the plot but if the execution was slightly better, I would've loved the book more. So while I loved Harry & Verity together, I felt like some parts could've been written better.

“I don’t think this is really any of your–” “Look, I’m sorry baby, but if you say one more time that you aren’t any of my business my head will explode.”

I was unaware that this book was part of a series. I have read Limits before so after seeing Pav & Millie again, I could figure out that these books are interconnected. I really loved Rosie, she was adorable and I loved how she was so smart and cute at the same time! I also liked the way Jamie & Libby's relationship progressed. From being just strangers to caring for each other and then finally living together, all of it was well executed. But the side characters except Millie, Kirra & Amy just got on my nerves. They were all so judgemental and I just wished that they properly apologised to Libby. Also, some paragraphs were continuous so I got bored and skimmed a bit tbh. But other than that, I liked everything else and the book was very enjoyable and had the usual angst that Susie Tate's books usually have. So I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars.

This was a new author to me so it took me some time to adjust to the writing style. The blurb seemed so intriguing but the actual story was kind of boring tbh. And some plot points were kind of nonsensical. I was very excited to read this but the dialogues and the constant mentioning of the word sweetheart and how tiny the h was, felt annoying. Also, because of the insta-love, I skimmed through most of the parts. Overall, this was such a disappointment because the book had potential, only if it was executed better.
