Would’ve been 5 stars but the build up was very slow paced. Most of the actual plot movement seems to be in the last 1/3 of the book. Still amazing read. And I immediately went to tell my husband the entire plot line as soon as I finished the last page!

I enjoyed the tense, dark build up to the big “plot twist” or “reveal” but as the reader I felt like I definitely needed more closure at the end. I think the main character got the closure she had been looking for all along but as the reader I still feel like I’m left with so many unanswered questions! Decent read overall.

Thought I had it figured out. I didn’t. Wasn’t close. Solid read 👏🏼
