I read “Knot my type” which is book one in the series. They follow different people so this one can be read as a standalone. Annie owns her own business and Linc helps run his family business. They had a romantic history when they were younger that was very serious until it abruptly ended. You find out what went down with that and boy did it make me mad. I loved Annie & Linc’s banter but I do wish I felt more angst. This book is only 204 pages so I didn’t think there would be much but I would have liked more than what we got if that makes sense. I loved the characters in this book and the humor had me laughing so hard. It talks about Crohn’s disease quite a bit and I really felt for Annie. The caretaking in this book is top tier 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 in the synopsis’s it says Linc is an arrogant ass but honestly I never got that vibe from him. Could it be because I read so many books with real asshole MMCs? Maybe. The spice was pretty good. You get some spanking and a lot of “you’re mine”. I really enjoyed this one!!

Bitches be crazy!!! This book was a wild freaking ride. To be cheated on for that long and then still wanting anything to do with him sexually boggles my mind. With that being said this book was so entertaining and messy, I ate it up. The way it was written almost sounded like a Facebook post of someone airing out their dirty laundry 🙈 I loved the different POVs and felt like they were super necessary for a story like this to have. I got a bit bored at times but I knew shit was about to hit the fan so I powered through. If you want a cheating revenge story then definitely read this one.

This was such a bizarre read and I actually enjoyed it for what it was, a super weird read. I wasn’t too sure what to expect especially when it said it’s F/F. It’s super short and weird. I enjoyed it.

It started out like a Hallmark movie and turned into a 50 shades knock off. I’m sorry but there is only one Christian Grey and Roman Chen is NOT him! It was an okay read, nothing spectacular or anything. I’ve read others by this author that I loved.

I LIVE for a good grumpy/sunshine book with fantastic banter! This book delivered 👏🏻👏🏻 Oakley was hired to do a painting of a farm in this small town. She gets picked up from the airport by no other than Mr Grumpy himself, Finn. Finn is a top tier grump and I absolutely loved this man. Oakley is so upbeat and sassy and Finn can’t help but to be attracted to her even if he tries his hardest to push her away with his grumpy antics. The moment the fake dating started happening I couldn’t stop smiling. That is one of my favorite tropes! Finn calls Oakley “PITA” and it made me chuckle every time he used it. This story is so fun and entertaining. This was the first book by this author and it won’t be my last!

I finished “Notice” and jumped right into this one. I really loved the pacing of “Thomas”. Where I felt “Notice” was too long, Thomas was just right. It held my attention the whole time. I don’t want to say much about it because you need to read “Notice” first.

The moment I heard this was a stalker romance I couldn’t wait to read it. The beginning had me a little bored but they were just setting Gray’s background up. I didn’t know anything other than it was a stalker romance so I think going in blind is good. I really loved Gray’s nickname for Violet. I didn’t necessarily feel their connection but they made the story entertaining. Violet had a horrible ex and is trying to hide from him. Gray is Violet’s boss and is super protective over her once he knew who she was that is 🤣 we’ve heard of insta-love and insta-lust, this was insta-obsession. This book was okay but definitely way too long. I enjoyed it for the most part. It’s dark, it’s brutal and it’s crazy. That ending had me starting “Thomas” right away. I was curious who he was from the beginning because I knew I needed to read it after this one.

I couldn’t even make it through the prologue without tears so I knew this book was about to ruin me. Right off the bat Shane is a big jerk. The fact that Kate has helped so much with his wife and kids and that is how he talks to her? Get out of here, asshole. His emotions were all over the place and it gave me whiplash. The turn this book takes so early on had me wondering what in the heck I signed myself up for. No seriously, wtf?!? This whole time I had no clue why Kate put up with this man’s shit. Words can’t even express how much I hate him. He’s now the most hated MMC in my book. The way the book was written had me feeling all the same emotions that Kate was feeling. When that POS would make her cry, I would cry. I felt like the ending was super rushed and we missed a big event, we were just told briefly about it. I feel robbed from an experience I feel like we all deserved. Oh and he didn’t grovel nearly enough. I’m going to start a petition “Kate deserves better”. Shane, you’re a ginormous piece of crap. Well done to the author for making me have such strong feelings for a fictional character 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

MY HEART. This book messed with my emotions so badly and I loved every minute of it. I only read a little of the synopsis but I had a feeling I knew how the story would go. Well… I was wrong! Avery & her boyfriend, Josh move into Josh’s best friends house. Dylan is a tattoo artist and doesn’t date. Like at all. He sleeps with girls and that’s it. Josh shows up with Avery and instantly Dylan is drawn to her. THE FREAKING ANGST!!!! I liked Josh but I loved Dylan. Yes, there is cheating in this book so be aware of that. Yes, it will rip your heart out and step on it 5,000 times. Right from the start Avery is different with Dylan than she is with Josh. I never thought a book with cheating would make me feel all these feels and make me understand how she could be in love with both men. Like damn I was confused, too 🤣 I’m telling you this book is so freaking good. It’s messy, it’s hot, it’s perfection!
The only thing that might bother people is the editing could have been better. The beginning is when I noticed it the most and I normally don’t notice that stuff.
I now have a book hangover.

I’ve been a hoe for step sibling romance for a while now and I’ve been meaning to read “Brix” for what feels like forever. Ivy comes home from college for the summer to a new house. Her mother is engaged to Jasper and has moved in with him. Little does she know there is someone else staying there and it’s a guy she’s known since the 9th grade, Jasper’s son. Brix has always made fun of Ivy since high school and quite frankly she hates him for it. So finding out they are going to be living under the same roof for the summer was a shocker but what was worse is their parents eloped without them knowing. Their banter back and forth got down right mean and I loved every second of it. The tension is there and it’s tensioning! I read some reviews that said it was “cringy” but honestly I didn’t think so. I did however hate the 3rd act 😡 We know exactly what the 3rd act was going to be super early in the book and I wasn’t a fan. Oh, and the reason he was a dick in the first place pissed me off. Otherwise I loved this book so much and added the next book to my TBR.
