One of the best horror books that I have ever read. Each chapter, each story, has its own take aways. Some stories in the middle of the book might feel too slow and a bit too prolonged but it gets better in the end. I love the stories that were written on the quarter of the start of the book and I also love the last two stories on the book.
Dark yet refreshing, you barely find a book that can give such thrilling and meaningful horror book like this. This book is one of a kind and I would like to recommend horror lovers to read this book!

A heart warming novel which shows just how much the double standard in society for woman (and also man) can affect human's life decisions. I love how the character knows what she wants to do and stick to her choice. Although some characters are annoying, I would like to emphasize and appreciate this novel and story for showing the struggle a human can go thorugh for choosing the way of living that's different from how the society expects us to live.

I personally think this second book of Once Upon A Broken Heart trilogy is waayy better and more intense than the first book. Just now I could feel the chemistry between Evangeline and Jacks and understand why people got head over heels ove this boy. The plot, the challenges, the events that happened in this book which unveil the dark past and truth about The North was definitely shocking yet enjoyable.

An intense fantasy romance. The plot was good and can make you suspect everyone before the culprit finally got revealed. Perang batin dengan pemikiran karakter utama cukup relatable and very much humane. The book is enjoyable to read.

A heart wrenching book taken from a true tragedy during World War II. I admire how Ruta can depict the situation and horror during the war with her words. Most parts gave me the shivers and goosebumps. It's a really good book to be read for those who like history fiction.
The point of view were taken from four different people with different characteristics yet it wouldn't confuse you to read it. Every chapter flows just like a river and very enjoyable to read. A page-turner book, beautiful yet tragic.

Keigo never failed in writing a story that feels close to reality. The story of this book shows that there's no one in this world who can bare the feeling of guilt. It's important to remember it's never a clever move to sacrifice yourself for other person, no matter how much you love them. I can certainly feel the pain of Mr. X in the end.
