Breakable by Tammara Webber

actual rating: 2.5 stars
This book was disappointing. I really liked Easy but Breakable wasn't for me. I don't get it. Why would the authors bother with a second book while they can tell the story from two POV. And it would be better. But in this book, Lucas was a real stalker, his life was all about Jaqueline. I still like him, yet he isn't the same person anymore. The book was too long and too boring for me.

The book starts with Tate going to a party, a year ago, and introduces us to an example of bullying. Jared, I can say, has dedicated his first two years of high school to spread rumors about Tate and pushing everyone away that she'll stay single. After spending her junior year in France, she decided to fight back, to have a normal senior's life. But he was almost ready to let her go.
She was hurt, and finally she let herself be vulnerable and told him. And then everything changed.
Reading this book was totally fun. I enjoyed it. It was really awesome and good. It's true the events happened so fast that they were sometimes illogical, still I liked it too much to care.
But that doesn't mean I don't have any critics..
Okay so now let's move to each character. Tate was sometimes adorable when she stood up for herself. Good job girl! Yet, I hated when Tate told him about his parents and how they hate him. Also when she was mean to KC because she was making out with Jared. I mean she can't tell her that Liam easily cheated on her, that's mean. Ok, she apologised and that's something! But what annoyed me a little bit is that she liked him at first for his physical appearance! Come on people! He tortured you for two years and then you forget because of his sexually attractive? No, you can't do that honey. You see I liked this book so I tell myself: maybe she wasn't attracted to his sexiness only, maybe she saw the boy from her childhood and that makes me satisfied.
Jared. I understand why he acted this way, really. But what I don't understand is why now. Everything happened so fast. However, I like him.
I didn't like KC that much. What kind of best friend screw the person that you hate the most? And when Tate admitted her attraction to Jared she was happy! She didn't ask her to think twice or something!
