For those who love self-help books, the "growth mindset" rants, and feel a genuine need to be told what a mindset shift looks like, this is a book for them. For people, like myself, who do not partake of self-help or who are burned out by overly enthusiastic coworkers and colleagues, this was a tough listen-read. Given to me by workplace.
