I have sympathy for the movie but the book is just a mistake.

great style, interesting plot but the depth is just meh

It is what it was supposed to be - a cute but empty story that has absolutely nothing to say and when it does it says it so into your face and so by force it just frustrates.

Wow! This book is such a masterpiece. must-read. personally prefer the 1979 adaptation but still flawless!

It was sometimes chaotic as some people said but in my opinion it just adds the emotional value and shows how chaotic world was while such thinga were happening.
