A hilarious delight. Surprising ending & a book to share for #ClassroomBookADay to highlight the need to pay close attention to illustrations as they tell a huge part of the story in a picture book.

I highly recommend I Do Not Eat Children!

Concept board book. Counting, but the characters read older than the content. Bonus for the representation of various natural hairstyles on the all Black girls team of characters.
