I recommend the Audiobook, as it is narrated by Dianne. This is however, a tough story. One that has a good ending, to be sure, but Dianne went through a lot. It made me sad for her.
This book was also an interesting look at what it was like to live as part of the Manson Family. I do recommend this.

This isn't one I'd pick up for myself, normally, but book club was reading it. I'm glad I gave it a chance. There were some interesting things I got out of it.

I enjoyed this. I thought the story was well written and it was God focused without being overly preachy.

I'm just tired of books where the main character doesn't conform in any way to their new culture and then wonders why no one in said culture likes her.

It was fine. The time jump was jarring and I wasn't the biggest fan of the writing style at times. It was kind of an interesting premise.
Glitch by Briana Michaels

I don't know. Maybe I've been reading too much smut, but I found this book disappointing. I was Disappointed that Glitch looked like a typical ripped, tattooed dude like most romance novels. I was disturbed that whats-her-face, the heroine, wasn't disturbed by the mass amounts of Dirty recordings Glitch had made about her, and as a person who met her husband online and planned to marry him before she met him in person, I found the whole relationship to be shallow and unbelievable. I just wasn't a fan.
The Dragon's Bride by Katee Robert

This wasn't that great of a book. The use of gender neutral pronouns was disconcerting and confusing at times, throwing me out of the story. I also wasn't a fan of the insta love. This could've been a great book with more development.
