A quick novella. It wasn't all that great.

This is a story of Maura Murray but also of James Renner. The hardest part is not knowing what actually happened.

My main issue with this book is that the non fiction book I was reading at the same time was about the medical field during this same time period so there were some things mentioned that gave me pause.

Other than that it was a decent read though I felt like the ending dragged out a little too long.

My main issue with this is how wordy it is. I felt like everything was over explained. Proper editing would have made this shorter and more enjoyable.

I found Kaladin more annoying in this one. I felt like a lot happened to progress the plot. Looking forward to the next one.

This isn't the spiciest book I've read by any means but I really enjoyed the story. There were definitely some dark and disturbing moments but I found myself getting caught up in what was going on and what would happen in the story.

I liked the premise of this book a lot and I liked the story and characters as well. What I want really a fan of, was feeling like Amos had to do all the changing. While he admitted he was stubborn and wrong at times, she never did and that bothered me some.

This covered the lives and careers of military dogs. There is a bit of history of the programs but it focuses mostly on training and stories of these dogs. It was a quick listen on audio book and good to put on while I was sewing or doing dishes. I recommend.
