This book exceeded my expectations! It's such a fun and thrilling ride. If you're interested in hearing more of my thoughts check out my video review here: http://youtu.be/NnE1bM57JK0
Um... I DID NOT SEE THAT PLOT TWIST COMING. I'm going to have to do a book talk for this one! So much to talk about.

I can't even begin to tell you how good this book was. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I had issues with the main character, but I like when I have problems with a main character. I enjoy reading about flawed characters. It gets annoying when you read books where the main character is perfect and everybody likes them. The main character in this book goes through a transformation throughout this book and that was really neat to follow. The plot was really interesting and the book went in a direction that I didn't think it would go. While it's a light hearted and hilarious story, it also has a VERY dark tone towards the end. I would HIGHLY recommend this book, but know that there is crude language and perverse humor.

This series is turning out to be super fun! The characters are hilarious and quirky and the plot is mysterious and exciting. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. :)

For the most part this was an enjoyable story, but the main characters irritated me to no end. I felt the story lacked plot and that there really wasn't any character development throughout the story. It didn't feel like the characters changed in anyway, even though they met somebody who supposedly impacted them and they go through something that should have an affect on them in some way. Also the ending was abrupt and too quick for my liking.

I loved this so much! I'm glad that Mr. Snicket decided to write this. :) I will say that I think it would be a good idea to read at least the first book in the All The Wrong Questions series... maybe even the second book too, before reading this. I think you'll enjoy it more, because you'll go into it knowing the characters already and their quirky personalities. The format of this book was so great! It really added to the reading experience.

I'm really enjoying this series so far! I'm liking how the plot line seems to be heading in a dark direction. The one thing that is bugging me is the major lack of character development. I'm hoping that in the next few volumes I become a bit more attached to the characters.

I was not expecting to like this graphic novel as much as I did! It's darker than I had expected it to be. I'm pumped to continue on with this series!
