Just okay. Some aspects were good, and I liked the historical aspect. I will still read this author for the entertainment & escapism. The writing is cringey in many spots, with borderline saccharine dialogue.
I feel like I have whiplash from all the plot points— it’s effective if that is intent based on trying to convey how life-altering the Vietnam war was for the women vets.

Some parts were a miss and others were really great. Predictable yet still had depth. And spicy

Cute and wholesome. Didn’t overdo it (ie was good easy read) & I liked the character dynamics. And how it touches on chronic pain, trauma, relationship patterns & attachment theory (indirectly)

I liked how like the other books in this series, it was engaging and tough to put down! Not as good as the first 2 books but I still enjoyed the mystery and feeling that you don’t know who to trust. This one felt like it had some plot holes though

Gorgeous and heartwarming - I loved the characters and their journey growing up - about family, sisterhood, womanhood, forgiveness, generational trauma. I loved the nods to Little Women
