im excited to say this book gets a solid 4 stars

this is the first mystery ive read in a WHILE tht had me on my toes. honestly i think i wouldve had an easier time keeping track of the events going on if there werent so many mfs to keep track of but at the end of the day its the end of the day nd i had lots of fun! the very end of the book caught me offguard nd was pretty confusing nd i was upset bc it was great up until tht point but i connected the dots nd im satisfied once more

its a 2.5 ladies and gents! so the thing is about lavalle is tht.... he really Has me in the first half nd then he falls the fuck off after one BIG thing happens. like ? i get tht u need to address diff things other than the main thing but in this case it was......... a psych ward romance? ....

most of these stories were hit or miss but they weren't like. BAD. i enjoyed reading them! i will say tht some of them made me v uncomfortable but sometimes it's like tht. my faves were the house of the lady of love (or smth along those lines) and the erl-king!

it's simple. laini taylor writes, i read it, i cry nd repeat <3 im kidding i didnt cry this time around but these were GOOD and i am not disappointed! i wish the first story was longer, it was my fav
