I LOVED THIS SO MUCH! My favorite holiday read yet. I was sucked in from the very beginning. Our heroine, Holly, is HYSTERICAL and I found myself laughing all the way through to the end. It's rare that a book can make me laugh out loud so much! I also LOVE Kai and the way he can't help but fall for Holly, even though he doesn't want to. This is grumpy/sunshine GOLD and I am obsessed! An absolute must read this holiday season -- and a reread every one after.

This read is SO hard for me to rate. It was hard for me to get into and some of the humor just wasn't my jam. I'm usually into the toxic relationships when I'm reading fiction but this just hit me in a like "oh, girl..." way. I felt sorry for her. I wanted to shake her. I wanted her to wake up and see her worth. I wanted her to stop whining and leaning on her friends in an unbearable way. BUT, all that said, I really enjoyed the writing and it was a fresh perspective reading a new author. Overall I'm still conflicted but I did enjoy the writing and the fact that it made me FEEL so many things is a great sign of an author who has talent.

Someone slap me for waiting so long to read a Laura Pavlov masterpiece! Into the Tide was swoony, sexy, and just downright FUN. I smiled the whole time — when I wasn’t blushing, at least. ;) The creek scene will live rent-free in my head for the rest of my days. And the angsty deliciousness of best friend’s little sister? I ATE IT UP. The writing was fluid and swept me away. The story was addicting and fun. An easy five star read that I won’t forget!

Elsie Silver has quickly become one of my favorite authors, and Powerless is the perfect example of why. The writing is beautiful, the characters like old friends, and the love story absolutely consuming (scorching, too!). Don't miss this friends-to-lovers small town romance!

I AM SO MAD AT ELSIE OMG! It's just not FAIR that she writes so damn well, that her stories are so damn compelling, that her characters feel like my best friends. I LOVE this entire series, but mark this down: Reckless is my new favorite. Theo and Winter are *chef's kiss* and their story is one of the best I have ever read!

This story has it all. It's hilarious, it's emotionally moving, it's hopeful, it's romantic, it's HOT. Five stars isn't enough. My top read of 2023!

I'll call Theo "Daddy" forevermore. And Winter stole my heart. She's my favorite heroine in the Chestnut Springs series! I just ate this up. I truly do not have words. It seems like the entire world is figuring out what a brilliant genius Elsie Silver is, and I'm here for it. It's her era. I'm happy to live in it and experience these masterpieces!

My favorite small town romance of the year! On the Shore hooked me from the first page and held me captive until the very last word. I was swept up in the story and head over heels for these characters. Something about a grumpy NFL quarterback and a saucy reporter just hit ALL my buttons and I LOVED IT. Five stars and more!

I AM SO OBSESSED WITH THIS SERIES! I haven't read a great YA in so long and I'm really enjoying this. It gives me all the angsty tummy butterflies! Plus, it's got fun riddles and mystery and action. It's the definition of that "just one more chapter" feeling. On to book three!
