started this book a very long time ago to the point where i can’t even remember the actual date of when i started. anyway, this book is for the girls who want self reassurance but don’t know how to give it to themselves. it is assuring and raw. 

after awhile it did get repetitive and some of the phrases seemed unoriginal. they were similar to some quotes that i saw online but they were just worded differently.
