A thoroughly engaging and entertaining popular history book - easy to follow, easy to understand, enjoyable. Perhaps not the high level of education some people think it ought to be but as an introduction into historical biography it's fantastic, and Worsley's passion for her subject is evident on every page.

Oh wow I really loved this book.

The beginning section where Hillary and Bill fall in love and have their great romance is so romantic and heartbreaking, and then Hillary goes on to girlboss her way to the Presidency. A fascinating, romantic, headstrong What If novel that I won't forget in a hurry.

Whilst obviously not a very objective take on the Kennedy siblings, it drips with love and adoration for each of her siblings and her parents, making it clear to the reader how each sibling ended up how they did, doing what they did, and why they did it. It's wonderful.

I expected to enjoy this, but I didn't think I'd wholeheartedly love it this much. It's just phenomenal. Everyone must read it once in their life.
