Nice quick fun read but it was too rushed to be truly enjoyable

I spent the whole time I was reading this thinking I'd read it before, but I've never listed it anywhere so I'm assuming I haven't, however it is *super* similar to a book I have read before. Whoch is very confusing because i thought stuff would happen and it didn't.

Overall I was unimpressed with the ending... One thing that bothers me immensely is that Lucifer didn't tell Hannah what he was doing... I don't know entirely what it was but it wasn't good clearly.

I don't know what it is that put me off the book but overall I'm underwhelmed and I'm not sure I'll continue... At least not right now

I heard such great reviews of this one, so i went into it with high expectations and i was disappointed  the writing was pretty good and the story itself was good but the MC was yotally forgettable, like the fact i have literally just finished the book and forgot her name. The ending was... It should have been exciting but it just fell flat for me because

I'm confused... Did the lightening strike her and kill her? Then the car flipped over and killed the driver, did she reap his soul? There was suddenly talk of a gate and she fell the pull, was she feeling the pull to pass over? She was meant for this... What exactly is this? The ending was so unclear as to what was going on it completely ruined the story for me

The best thing about it was how fast it was to read, overall disappointing.

I enjoyed this one, but there was just much angst at the end, ugh and then hardly any make up

I really hated this book but also couldn't put it down, it was super frustrating and I'm not sure if I'll ever continue because i really want to throat punch all of thw characters

I was a little underwhelmed with the finale, it just seemed too easy compared to the other books 

I enjoyed this one, despite it be ng fairly fast paced throughout. I was invested enough to keep reading and I can't wait to read the next one after that cliff hanger ending.

I really wanted to enjoy this one but just couldn't... Like i get their complex but how stupid is this girl? A bunch of her situations could have been avoided so easily. And Tristan is just too much of a dick and not even in a hot way... I would have persevered if i didn't know it was going to continue to a second book.

I tried so hard to like this one... I was so happy to finally not have a naive virgin fmc. But turns out that as hard as thr mfc is, she is incredibly naive and purely stupid. Yeh lets cross the deadly people everything will be fine. Lets loe so much you don't know which way is up. Lets try to sneak into a secret meeting and hope nothing gets said and get cornered by some creep... Totally fine right? If the fmc was anywhere as bright as she thought she was this book would be a lot shorter than it is.
Thw writing is horrible and boring, the characters lacked depth or at least they didn't show any depth, except for screwing literally any second the mc's were int he same room.

I enjoyed this one, it was a decent read and nice and fast paced. Some twists I didn't expect and I liked the conclusion of the epilogue even if i wanted some normal between them.

Not sure if I'm wanting to read the sequel but I'm not opposed just not sure how ot can follow the explosiveness of this book.
