Ugh I loved this book! It was so cozy and heartwarming. I love the two main characters and especially the bonus story of how they met at the end🤭

bro what was the point of this book

what a cozy little read for people who love books about books and just need a little boost of motivation

most of this book was for people who need the drive to get started in real estate. the book itself had a lot of fluff. personally i wanted to read more about the foundational models and different strategies. i will say that the ending with stories from successful real estate agents was more motivational for me compared to the other content in the book

i think i need a break from the romantasy genre. i expected the world building to be so much more than what it was but there were a few plot holes. it gave me twilight’s i know what you are… a vampire but make it dragons. i loved how the dragon didn’t really care about gender norms because duh they’re a dragon but that was the only part that i was really excited about tbh
