This one broke my heart, and then mended it. There were so many obstacles, but Dempsey is determined to do and be what Sloane needs.

Dempsey is such a good man, but feels unseen. Sloane sees him. When he gets recognized for his art, all of his secrets are revealed. He has to come clean to his family.

Because of Sloane’s connection to his mother, she is sure his mother won’t allow them to be together. Dempsey is determined to change her mind even if it blows apart his family.

When they catch the notice a biker gang, Sloane is determined to save her nephew. None of the obstacles in their way matter. Both families are at risk. They all need to band together to save everyone.

I love this book. This author always manages to pull me into her books. I fall in love with the characters. This one made me cry, and I was unable to put it down last night until I was finished.

This book!!! I can’t believe what I just read. Wow! Pepper Winters is the queen of Dark Romance. I was lost from the first page. She makes you want to close your eyes or look away, but you still want the bad guy to get his girl.

What becomes clearer as the book heads into the cliffhanger (yes it is a dirty word, but I will still read every one of the book Mrs. Winters writes as soon as I can) is that Henri fights with himself every second. He fights for Ily, and in a very small way he starts to see all the other jewels too. This is a hard topic. Trafficking people is horrific. The monsters don’t care about anyone but themselves, and the monsters in this book… they are the worst. In the end, he realizes he’s jumped into an ocean of sharks. His hope for rescue slowly dies. My hope was dying too!

Mrs. Winters is masterful. This is dark, and I’m not talking dark grey… I’m talking pitch black. Heed the warning readers. Now when you decide you can read it… dive in. Henri & Ily are waiting.

I read Billionaire Lumberjack’s Brawn. I loved it. Short and sweet to see these two lifelong friends come back together. ❤️

I absolutely loved this book. It was a perfect balance of fun and angst. Farrow is hilarious! Zach is so closed off, but watching Farrow open his doors was heartbreaking.  Farrow caught his attention, and he truly didn’t know what to do with her.

Together they are HOT! Seriously steamy. This one is a slow burn. A Cinderella story that had him meeting his match. Zach gave her family. One that would never let her down!

In one of their moments of silliness Zach told her “There was room on that door, Farrow.” I loved it!

Wow! I didn’t see how this story was going to play out. Silas was so angry, and for good cause. Lyla was stuck in a situation desperate to find a way out. I loved that she stood her ground, and in turn he can’t help but fall for her. This book had some dark themes, and my heart was broken for him. Lyla had always worked hard, and I loved that he found that inspiring. I loved that she made him see the world around him.

I also loved the dog. Every time he went to Lyla I found myself grinning. Then we had Billy causing trouble. I loved that they both talked to the animals. I do love that animals just seem to see what we can’t.

I don’t know how I am going to manage to review this book! I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure it out. I didn’t read anything about this one before I started reading, and I am excited to see where this story goes.

This book was dark & delicious, but also shockingly heartbreaking. I do believe this is the best book I’ve read in a while. I didn’t see the villian at first, and I was so surprised when the secrets started to reveal themselves.  I fell in love with these characters, and in the end I was crying. I was crushed by that cliffhanger. I can’t wait to see what comes next.

I am so ready for the new series! Q and Tess are still as hot as ever. Tess can still push his buttons, and he is still her monster. I was holding my breath when Tess met Henri. I am so excited!!!

This book is classic Masters & Mercenaries. All of these New Recruits bring something to the table. Lou has been in love with TJ all of her life. TJ has been in love with her his whole life, but never thought he deserved her. I loved reading their story. Their story wasn’t easy. Lou felt like she had to prove herself which led to some serious steam. Tied up and spanking steam. 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ I loved that they all were working together in the end.

Big Tag and his crew were hilarious.  He was begging to bleach his eyes. Big Tag is the one character that I will always want more. Boomer had a menagerie of pets that had me laughing out loud. Seriously these characters never get old… well maybe Big Tag is growing older with all the complaining.

I LOVED this book! This author writes great family oriented stories. This book made me think of my own marriage. Sometimes we get caught up in life instead of living life.

Jack & Lauren stopped talking to one another, and I know exactly how that feels. This book was a perfect “Parent Trap”. Their kids conspiring with their grandfather to get them there. The emotions felt real. The stress & struggle had me in tears. Lauren was trying to do it all. I loved the cabin they run to for a couple of weeks without phones or tablets. It helped them reconnect. That last part almost gave me a heart attack! Be prepared.

I LOVED being back with Penny & James. They are HOT! Like full on bring me a fan because I’m sweating HOT. This book was spicy, heartwarming & heartbreaking. I don’t know how Ivy does it, but I always think about her characters. It’s like they won’t let go of my heart.

We have Rob too, and I couldn’t breathe I was laughing so hard at him. Between the inappropriate comments & the pranks, I thought I would never catch my breath. I love all of these characters, and I don’t want to let them go! I can’t wait for everyone else to read this!
