Only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars because I LOVED this, was it definitely needed to go through a final edit. Way too much of 'more on this later'. But other than that, I thought it was super insightful all around. One of my favs!

I need to stop listening to the most gut-wrenching audiobooks of daughters talking about their relationships with their mothers when I’m at work because I am literally on the edge of tears all the time.

Been a while since I read Volume 3, but this series is so easy to jump back into.

One of the most thrilling pieces of literary fiction I've ever read. I was so engrossed in this story that I could physically not put it down. Couldn't imagine that this book won't be cemented in history as the perfect piece to analyse the current state of the publishing industry and social media.

Completely devastating how people can love each other so much yet can continue to hurt each other. Can never really talk to each other. Alongside this theme, as well as other points relating to genocide (which is still, upsettingly, relevant to today), and the way people now engage with literature without this political edge, this is, easily a modern classic.
