All I have to say is that Lauren Asher really knows her ways around writing gorgeous books that let you excuse yourself from reality for a bit. Her work is an exceptionally easy read.
Because that’s how much I love it. She’s makes romances really good ❤️🔥. But for an actual review, This book spoke about comparing and contrasting, between the oldest son who remembers it all, his mother’s kindness and love and the abusive pattern he’s father had after her death. Declan, basically became a caretaker for his brothers, but without the warmth associated with such a role, he was hard and unyielding because the moment he wasn’t he’s father would take his physical abuse out on his brothers and that, Declan was not having. This callousness and protectiveness that started in his younger years translated into his his older one and business life, but at what cost? He’s a anger was like a whip, striking anyone who dared to deter him from his goal, becoming the CEO of Kane Company. I loved that he had to realize that he was doing no one any favours not even to himself. He was as hard headed and stubborn as they come, but he learnt and I love that for him

First of all, I would like to note the strength of the women in these stories and the fact they had to deal with the many calibers of stupid men, from the insecure ones to the mummy’s boys. Secondly, this book was incredibly funny, I couldn’t stop laughing and I couldn’t put the book down from the sheer stupidity of these men. But it also dealt with very serious issues brilliantly and to me, all the women (save for Dooshima) had a good/fair ending and I especially loved the first story, (Cuck up) when she told her stupid husband that she would use him for money rituals ,if he didn’t leave, that was good.

As my last book in the series, I’d have to say she’s gunning for second place, of course after first place winner, Twisted MF Hate, I’d have to say, Rhys and Bridget’s story was an interesting one and the plot twist at the end, it really got me, not the fact that Erhall was Rhys’s father, (kinda expecting that) but the Andreas bit really surprised me and the fact Elin was the blackmailer, surprising but expected. It good and I enjoyed reading it

Poppy and Alex, I love them, I love their love, I love how Poppy had to learn to stay still, to stop running from one thrill to other and I love how she realized that you can’t force conditions to remain the same no matter how much you want them to. I love Alex and he’s shyness and I love that he loves Poppy, I love how he’s learning to be happy and trust the things happening around them, but most of all I love Emily Henry.

I love this book, and think I’ll honestly love anything this woman writes, because she doesn’t write the average bland female love interest, the women she writes are complicated, interesting human beings, take our female lead (Nora), falling in love for her is the leap she can’t take but she learns to with the help of Charlie (our male lead) and her little sister Libby, she learns how to let go, trust herself and forgive her mother’s past. I love it, I Love them and I love Emily Henry 🍏.8/5

I love the way this book tackled grief and cracking of one’s reality. Our protagonist (female) dealing with the death of her father and also coming to terms that the image she had of him was ruined from his infidelity, whilst also dealing with a new relationship, is a type of romance I wasn’t accustomed to but it was riveting, Everything January and Everett did was riveting. I love how easy it was for them to blend into each other, even with Everett dealing with being newly divorced. I loved this book and would absolutely read it again.

Wow, wow and fucking wow. Cassian and Nesta, Oh lord, Oh lord….If intense needed a picture in the dictionary, then it would be them.
Anyways I’d like to start with Rhys, I know your mate was pregnant and I know you weren’t truly yourself but no one asked you and Feyre to make that stupid bargain -but that did not give you the right to treat Nesta that way. Period…and honestly this for anyone that made my girl sad. Fuck you and your mother.
Nesta my baby, I love you and Gwyn and Emerie. Fucking Valkyries, you guys deserve all the praises for everything you’ve been through, all that pain and suffering and you all overcome it and to all the stupid men that couldn’t understand that. Fuck their mothers. I love you guys and please continue to be brave my girls. Plus, I would love to see what your ending entails for the future, as always you’re the cliff hangers of cliff hangers, Honestly I don’t know if I can wait years for the next book…In the mean time I’ll just devour the remaining Sarah J Maas books

First of all this was like a 3/5 which is of no fault to the book, but like I was just blindsided with the absence of stakes in this book. I mean, after devouring three books back to back where the stakes only got bigger and bigger, this little book sandwiched into the series didn’t do it for me, but I understand that it was necessary, a huge stepping stone for the next book and the story of Prythian, and it really is just that, a stepping stone, especially for Cassian and Nesta.
Oh my Nesta, I love you with every fiber in my being and I want just want you to unleash yourself upon these heathens and your stupid sister Feyre, I’m sorry but Feyre was giving busybody, she was giving insensitive…Like she couldn’t bother to see what others were through when they’re weren’t part of her “Inner Circle“.
Like do better for Lucien and for Nesta, they deserve grace and kindness, Nesta saw Hybern snap your father’s neck in prime time, and the only reason she’s High Fae is because of you. And don’t even get me started on Rhysand and his self-righteous bullshit of not forgiving anyone who hurts you like doesn’t that include himself because I’m very sure in book one that he did in fact hurt you. Anyways yeah, Nesta forever, Feyre fornever.

Okay so as the story goes, I’m devouring this woman’s book at hyper speed and I have to say, that this book made me weep, like actually tears fr and the last book to do that to me was the spectacular, amazing, incredible little book called “The Book Thief”, but this book made me cry. And I love that Tamlin got what was coming to him, he deserved it and more, but have to say even though I don’t want to admit it, some of his meaner comments made me laugh, but his audacity is bewildering, to think you have any type of agency left to a woman who you betrayed is just….ugh.
But Rhysand, I mean if we didn’t love him before we love him now, what a male, He always gave her a choice and never belittled her or dismissed her (which BTW, is the bare fucking minimum), she was he’s equal in every way shape and form, and I love that. Now, Feyre some of the bargains she made in this book was just a step of away from stupidity and/or desperation, because honestly making bargains with creatures that are THAT sinister is at minimum risky. And the all the plot twist were incredible, I didn’t not expect Lucien to have a Jon Snow(Aegon Targaryen) moment but I love that for him and although I don’t know where I stand on the Lucien/Elain train. I truly and honestly wish them well.
Now for the incredible and indomitable Nesta Archeon, I love you so much babes and I love that you picked up Hybern’s head like a trophy, you make me feral but I do wish though that you were a bit nicer to Cassian, he’s a good man. I love your dad, he tried and did his best at the end, Bless him and Fuck Graysen and his petite dick. Absolutely recommend
