The execution could’ve been done better. I didn’t like the way the character was, she was just really annoying and bland but it does make sense to the plot but it was hard to motivate my self to read. I only found it interesting in the last parts

One of the best romance books I’ve ever read. Taylor Jenkins Reid gives you romance, yearning and heartbreak all in one book. One of the most impressive writing style I’ve seen. All the female characters are conplex and I love the 70s vibes of it all.

Personally, this is the third best book out of the grishaverse. The way that all the characters are here. I love how Nikolai’s skills but his flaw were shown here. I love Zoya so much she deserves the world. Whatever made Bardugo decide that David should die can go to hell. I didn’t really like the way the Darkling was brought back though, I didn’t see any kind of significance. The book could’ve been fine without him.

I did like this book. I liked how it showed Nikolai’s flaw and showing him as a person rather than just the usual smart fox we know and love. I love that Tamar and Tolya’s characters were given more light. Zoya’s character is probably the best—her dynamic with Genya, her heritage, her trauma was all fantastic. A lot of the parts where the go to the sand castle thingy was pretty boring though.

I usually really like short stories but a lot of them just seemed too long and too boring. Still a good chill read

This one hit home. The ending was super sad. Idk why her powers needed to be taken, i think it wouldve been okay if she would still have powers. Nikolai is still the best character.

Liked it. Super fun and addicting to read but what was that 1000 year old age gap?
