First half I preferred but definitely an underrated coming of age story. Will be reading more Kincaid.

Great read to get me back into reading because of the short stories. Wasn't blown away and to be honest was expecting them to be happier. Not a huge short story person but these were definitely some of the better ones I've read. I'm just always left wanting a bit more. Foreign Parts and Small Differences were my favorite stories. 

Fun, easy read. At times repetitive but that's on Mark!

Hard to give this a review given it's context. Very bleak.
