Protect your queen by Molly Briar

This one is such a different kind of book I just feel in love right off the bat.

Please do not mistake this for a rockstar romance it is so far from it. Yes she is a pop princess but she doesn’t want to be. This book portrays her as more of the singer song writer she wants to be and has a ton of character growth.

He’s ex military on his first mission as a body guard but there is a twist no one knows he was a composer himself who gave up his dream after being injured.

There is such a rocky start and so much angst. She calls him the help, and he adores her nicknaming her his songbird.

She’s really just a girl that wants to be loved and he falls quick and hard even though he try’s not too.

I can not suggest getting the audio enough it really brought this beautiful story to life Molly Briar even sings for us as they compose songs together.

This was such a different twist on a billionaire romance. He and his family run a secret mercenary business that does all kinds of good in the world. His long time similar estranged bestie finds herself accidentally married through a prank by her dead brother and they have to stay married for show as all kinds of things start to go wrong.

The way the banter just flowed in this book just made it all flow and go together as so many things keep happening. I really need to look up the reading order for  her other books in this world because I’ll be continuing further down the line.

This is one heck of a story and it’s the book that turned me on to female stalker books and they stalk each other. My only thing is I really wanted more dialogue less details it did lead to some passing issues for myself. That being said I still enjoyed the book and will be continuing the series.

I love a friends to lovers fake marriage (not really surprise we got married) then through in a secret agency and protection detail. I loved the banter in this series and can’t wait to see where things are going. I’ll be diving straight into the next book.

Loved there push and pull.

I love it when a FMC is just allowed to not have their crap together we don’t get that enough. Goldie is a whirl wind she is a fancy high class kind of gal with a big PR job and one day her life just goes to hell and she has to find herself.

Atticus is your every day Joe working class guy who is a gruff teddy bear. He constantly calls Goldie on her crap and there banter makes the book.

I’ve read these multiple times I love Daisy Jane and now that the audio is out I know I will be listening over and over.

Once I got into this duet I could not put it down. I love Monica James even though I just recently discovered her.

I feel like if you love shows like The Kingdom you will love these books. The romance takes a back seat in this one because the story is amazing and the FMC is one hella strong survivor I loved it.

This is one of the hardest because I’m not a huge historical romance girl anymore so I feel like I didn’t vibe with it for a minute but I’ve been really wanting to read some Viking romances so I stuck it out and it is amazing. This is the ultimate survivor story and the FMC is a bad double SS. She is the ultimate survivor and I loved her journey to the top.

This is a duet, I personally don’t suggest the audio unless you’re a huge HF girlie we just didn’t vibe but I fell like you would if historical fiction is your jam. If you are a Last Kingdom Or Vikings fan and want a book to feel that void this is it.

💠 Sports Romance
💠 Plus Size FMC
💠 Online Meet Cute
💠 College Romance
💠 Latina FMC
💠 He Falls First
💠 Jock/Bookworm

This was beyond cute and the banter just flowed between the characters. I love a FMC that has a backbone and is confident in herself but still shows her flaws and struggles from time, they are so easy to relate to.

I think online meet cutes where they actually know each other are my one of my new favorites.

The couple meets on an app online but little does Hunter know the girl on the app is the pretty girl he’s started sitting next to in class. Hunter falls quick and hard even though chemistry between the couple was flowing from the start Selena friend zones him and makes him work for it for a second because she’s dealing with some demons from her childhood.

I strongly suggest getting the audio if that’s your thing the banter flowed so well I never wanted to hit the pause button and consumed this book in just a few hours.
