Rebecca Ross is an enchantress with words. She can create a story that has plot from beginning to end, characters that have a firm place in the story and make you route for them and despise them, and she does it all with a prose that makes you live in every single sentence of the book. My second 5 star read of the year, and it's of course another Rebecca Ross book.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.
I did 't know what this was a sequel to, and when I opened it and realized, I thought I'd give the series a second chance. Still not my cup of tea.

Honestly I'm kind of embarrassed to admit I read this. The writing itself want horrible actually. I was looking for a quick adventurous romance to read. This was it. No it's not a fantastic book and the intimacy part has me shocked. I thought for sure they would morph into humans, but no ðŸ«
