I give this more of like a 3.5. It was the kind of cheesy, fast paced book I needed right now but I was cringing wayyyy too much. The writing seemed to be catered to the concept of adding in as many popular TikTok tropes as possible that didn’t really add anything to the plot. It felt like a wattpad fanfiction i would’ve read when I was 14, just with a lot more smut (and I think it’s important to note that some of it was completely pointless and unnecessary!!!).

4.5/5 stars. I’m not a fan of the second chance trope but this was so beautifully written and I had a good time. I almost DNFed halfway through but I’m glad I didn’t because I was crying by the end.

if there’s one thing about ali hazelwood, it’s that the spicy scenes she writes are absolutely ridiculous in the most bizarre way possible

5% of the way in i told myself i’m gonna hate this. ended in tears. i loved it

another 6 star read. i was scream crying at the end

4.5 stars. i had a ridiculously fun time reading this. was it cringe? sure. but who cares

4.5 stars. very good filler read and i’m sad that feyre and rhys’s story has mostly been told and wrapped up. slow start but made me very happy in the end :’-)

4.5 stars because i think there was a little too much unnecessary spice at the beginning that could’ve cut a good 200 pages out of this. otherwise incredible
