this book was a lot better than i imagined it would be. since i'm not really into all that sci-fi stuff and this is about kids with wings, i didn't think i would get into it. but i did. frannie must find a way to save the bird kids and overcome her life of lies.

i know this is just an 'in between' book of her plum series, but it just wasn't the same. yeah there were a few good laughs and we got to meet diesel, ANOTHER guy who has the hots for stephanie. but over all, the feel of the book just wasn't the same.

a very cute book about hank who is trying to get a business loan, but keeps getting rejected because he isn't married. and about maggie who wants to get away from her life and write a book. maggie decides to take the job as hank's wife for 6 months. things don't turn out the way they expected to, and it will be harder to say good bye then they both thought.
