The Dominion of Sin by Alexandra St Pierre
Did not finish book. Stopped at 81%.

I dnf this at 81%.
I debated before dnfing since there were so little left but as I explained it to my friends I got more and more annoyed.
The story is really good it’s just that everything is a bit too easy. Not sure how else to describe it.
Since everything is so easy, I don’t wonder how things will go and there are no intrigue between the characters.
Like the girl just got to know they where mates and they’ve know each other for like 3 weeks (it feels like 3 weeks but I’m not sure) and she’s like oh yeah that’s fine I totally want to spent eternity with you.
Also, the author sold it as a fantasy and dark romance. That only the first one would read YA. This is really light no darkness here at all.

Reen and Pandora has a special place in my heart. I adore them and I love their banter! I love the journey they do together and their character growth. I’m not sure there is a couple more perfect for each other? They are both unhinged and I love it.
That ending though! It was rough and opened up so many questions as to where the next book will take us. I really can’t wait for it.
I really enjoy Shaina’s writing. It feels like nothing I’ve read before and very entertaining.
This book can get a bit dark sometimes so be sure to check triggers.
