I think this is a "just not for me" thing. If I was a skimmer, I would have skimmed parts, but I always have to read every word, so I had to DNF. I wasn't looking forward to picking this up and halfway through, I was bored out of my mind. It wasn't what I expected at all. I thought it would be more sci-fi and didn't think it would be in diary format.
