I thought that the plot twists, and terror factor was on point. There were multiple times in this book that I was actually freaked out. The ending completely blindsided me and I still can't get over it. I will say that the first 50 pages were really cringy and that's why I didn't rate this 5 Stars. If you can make it through awkward high school interactions, then I think this will be perfect for you. Once the story picks up, it goes away, and you are met with a great story with plot twists you wont be able to guess

I've only watched the movie twice and it was okay to me. With this being the movie but in book form, I also think that this is an okay book. I never really got into The Nightmare Before Christmas, but if you liked/loved the movie then you'll love this book

I loved the story and the mystery of it all, but the thing that made me the most frustrated was all the talk of secrets. It felt like everyone had a secret and it got to the point where I didn't even care anymore
