3⭐️ I really enjoyed this book and all the fall geeks it gave me but I had to rate a 3 due to the lack of diversity 🤦🏽‍♀️these authors have to do better.

I finished this book in one day…. Grady Hendrix did it again 4.5⭐️ from me. Yes this book has the typical thrills and body horror of his other books but at it’s core it’s a story about family relationships.

3.5

3.5 ⭐️ Definitely recommend reading this book via audio due to how much the MC jumps back and forth between time lines and at times stories that aren’t real but what she believes could have happened to people from her past. The topics that are discussed in this book (productive rights, bigotry, sexism, antisemitism, religious discrimination, rape and homophobia) are very triggering and hit a little too close to home in regards to the recent decisions made about productive rights and discussion around gay/trans rights.
