Don’t mind me, just violently sobbing over here. This was not how I wanted this to end but I understand why it did 😭

I don’t want this series to be over 🥲🥲😔 Thalia and Sorin’s story was so good!!! Sorin might even be hotter than Evren??? (Probably not but in the moment I think so lol)

Honesty I did not expect to love this book, but I really did!! It was so fun, interesting, scarily real at times, relatable, and hilarious. All of the 80s references were such a good time too. Aaaaand I finally got my husband to listen to an audiobook with me, so that’s a HUGE win!

I loooooved this book. All of the characters were unique, funny, and had their own back stories that I wanted to learn more about. Their love for each other was so pure and sweet (and naughty lol). And the spice was immaculate!!!! Literally only knocked off .75 because the nicknames were too cringe for me hahaha

The spicy dialogue is so cringey I couldn’t get through it, which is saying a lot for me lmao

This is one of those books where I can totally see why some people might not enjoy it but I absolutely adored it. I felt like I was in this little town with these characters. I felt so much for each of them individually and as a community. There were moments I laughed, cried, cringed, and times my blood boiled for these people. McBride has a way with characters.
