The Heartbreaker is a book filled with humor, spice, and figuring out what you want from life. Sadie is a newly pregnant (ONS) college student trying to figure out life and Lucas is her friend’s brother in law who also happens to be her English professor. After being around each other for about 10 minutes it’s clear they have top tier chemistry and it’s just a matter of time before they combust.
I love Sara Cate’s books and it seems like she keeps giving us something new with each book she writes! Thank you for the ARC!

This book is a delight. If you told me KC had written 5 other books before this, I would believe you. Peer Reviewed appealed to the STEM girlie in me just based on the summary and lemme tell you, it did not disappoint. Jo and Isaac are the constant right people, wrong time situation and it is frustrating but it is SUCH a good book. You will be laughing and then crying and then giggling like a kid at the antics of Carmen and Chloe. These characters have such depth and the care KC put into them is incredible. I’m so excited to see whose story we get next and where the rest of these characters go in life.

This book made me feel all my feelings. On one page I was audibly laughing and then on the next I was crying. The way Holly and Tara both had so much to work through within themselves was so realistic and I really think that’s what I love about Helena’s writing. These characters have such a big community around them and although their romance is the main story, the platonic friendships are SO important. As someone who feels like I have to do things to earn other people’s love, having Cole say to Tara over and over “you are my soul, without you I would die” means so much. Yes, Tara and Holly have incredible chemistry but the friendship they build and the connections with everyone else is so important too. I also love that the conflict was realistic and took time to resolve and the resolution was not just plain and simple done! There was work to be done and things to be seen! Overall this book had such an impact on me and I will be thinking about it for awhile.

Maybe a new favorite Kat Summers book? I absolutely adore Jack and Ellie. Their best friend’s brother, childhood unrequited love story is one that I will never get tired of reading. Some might say “Bekah this book is unrealistic” and to that I say “SO?!” It is FUN. It is a good frickin time. It is hot. It is funny. It will make you laugh and it will make you swoon for yet another fictional man. Also you get little cameos from previous Kat books so like, it’s a win-win. Loved this book and y’all should read it!!

Morgan Elizabeth can do no wrong. The banter, the chemistry, the SPICE!! Jaime and Ava are so funny and it’s just a really fun book to read. Like honestly, it has the same vibe of a ‘00s rom-com and even has hints of Miss Congeniality vibes here and there. SO MUCH FRICKIN FUN

I absolutely loved this wrap up of the Vendetta series. The way SeRaya built this world up and connected each story was so incredible. The thought and detail that went into Noah’s story was amazing. He and Amalia have such an intertwined story even if she doesn’t initially know how much. They have so much stuff they have to work through in a short amount of time but they figure it out eventually. Amalia and Noah ground each other in the best ways and the wait of being together again is worth it in the end.

I really enjoy the relationship development between Rian and Aditi. What starts as a tempestuous forced roommate situation turns into a true friendship. Their slow turn towards more than friends is due to excellent chemistry and communication. This book was written in a way that had me hooked from the very beginning and I am definitely a Riya Iyer fan now!!

I had a frickin blast reading this book. I was engrossed the whole time. June is an intelligent, headstrong, capable woman that just wants to find her life’s work. Dean is a strong leader, jaded by past experiences that just wants answers about his mission. Together, their chemistry is palpable. This book had me on the edge of my seat. The twists! The turns! The will they won’t they!! Brittany never misses and this is no exception! This is a fun summer read with flirty banter and a little bit of mystery!
